The Indiana Forestry and Woodland Owners Association (IFWOA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1977 with the goal of promoting good stewardship of Indiana woodlands. Today, IFWOA has more than 800 members representing 125,000 acres of forests. IFWOA is an affiliate of the National Woodland Owners Association.

Our Mission

  • To promote good management on all forest land,
  • To educate our members about good forest practices and stewardship of the land,
  • To inform the general public about forestry issues and the benefits of good forest management.
