Marcia Kremer is the lab manager for the Genetics lab. Four research groups occupy the Genetics lab and include graduate students, undergraduate students, post docs, technicians and senior research scientists. Marcia handles purchasing for the lab as well as equipment maintenance. She is also responsible for maintaining stock solutions, competent cell lines and buffer solutions for the lab. Marcia trains new personnel to the lab on the equipment and handles all safety training. She is also the Safety Officer for the department.
