The interview is your chance for you to share your personal advertisement. At a young age you are told not talk about yourself or brag…this is you chance to break those rules! The employer want to hear how you will fit into their organization and what knowledge, skills and abilities you have that will assist them to meet their organizational goals. Remember that you are interviewing the employer as well. Prepare well and research the employer.
