Welcome to our Web page for the Graduate Program in the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources at Purdue University. Our department offers graduate study leading to the degrees of Master of Science, Master of Science in Forestry, and Doctor of Philosophy in fisheries and aquatic sciences, natural resource social science, forest measurement and assessment/GIS, forest biology, genetics, wildlife science, and wood products and wood products manufacturing.
Graduate programs in the department are supported by courses and personnel throughout the university. Stipend support for graduate studies in the department comes from a variety of sources, including: competitive departmental or university assistantships and fellowships, graduate training grants, NSF or other externally funded fellowship programs, and research grants.
